Many training programmes are embarked upon without an objective assessment of training needs. Prior identification and analysis of training needs enable the development of relevant programmes targeted at bridging existing capacity gaps of the organization’s workforce for optimal performance.

This workshop is designed to equip participants with knowledge and skills to carry out training needs analysis and assessment in organizations.
